* $100 Deposit will be returned after inspection of sundeck

  • There are 2 charcoal grills located near the sundeck
  • 50 person maximum on sundeck area
  • Only 2 cars may park at pool area.
  • All groups are responsible for cleaning up and any damage incurred. Place
    all trash in receptacles.
  • Catering is available. Please call for details.
  • The sundeck is not covered. Tents can be rented

*Sundeck must be cleaned and guests must be out of the sundeck area by 5:00PM (deposit will be forfeited if this is not completed)
*Alcoholic beverages and glass items PROHIBITED.
*Deposit and rental fee are non-refundable in event of cancellation!
